Refund & Cancellation Policy
We take responsibility for our service!
We do our best to ensure your order arrives correctly and meets industry standards. If something seems off, we’ll work with you to make it right (up to a full refund if deemed appropriate by Gravel Monkey!) —as long as it’s reported promptly and meets the conditions below.
Inspection Requirements:
- Inspect your delivery within 48 hours
- Take photos of any concerns
- Issues must have been present at the time of delivery—not caused by weather, usage, or site conditions
- Concern must be submitted promptly.
What we CAN Refund:
- Wrong material or incorrect delivery location
- Quality concerns outside industry norms
- Material type not matching order
What We CAN NOT Refund:
- Site access issues that prevent delivery
- Material changes caused by environment after delivery (e.g., rain, staining)
- Issues not documented within 48 hours
- Natural color variation within industry standards
- Claims submitted without photo documentation
- Delays in delivery date due to standard circumstances such as weather, supply chain or machinery
We evaluate every situation individually and aim for fair resolutions.
Site Access & Delivery Conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and safe for large delivery vehicles. If delivery is unsuccessful due to blocked access, hazards, or absence, a redelivery fee will apply. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Order Cancellation
We begin processing and sourcing your materials immediately upon order and put significant resources into every order. Please notify us of cancellations as early as possible.
- Orders canceled more than 12 hours after being placed by the client incur a 25% non-refundable processing fee.
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.
Damage Disclaimer
We take care during delivery, but we’re not responsible for any damage to driveways, structures, or landscaping. It’s the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the property can accommodate heavy trucks.
No Refunds for Natural Variations
We do not issue refunds or exchanges for color, shape, or texture differences within accepted industry norms.
Amendments to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. Any updates will be posted on our website, and customers are encouraged to review the policy before placing an order.
