Delivery Information
Ordering and Custom Requests:
When placing your order, select a delivery date that is at least 3 business days after the order date and choose a delivery window: either morning (7 am – 12 pm) or afternoon (12 pm – 5 pm). Please provide any specific instructions or requests during checkout, and ensure you include a phone number so we can confirm your delivery details. Orders missing a phone number may experience delays.
Order Confirmation and Delivery Planning:
Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation summarizing all key details, including payment and delivery information. Closer to the delivery date, we’ll send a final confirmation email with any updates, along with a photo of the aggregate material scheduled for delivery. Your confirmation of this second email is required to proceed with the delivery.
Delivery Site Requirements:
To facilitate delivery, ensure that your site has a minimum road width of 12 feet to accommodate our delivery trucks. If the site does not meet these criteria, we will attempt to unload materials as close as possible to your requested location, while prioritizing safety. If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, a missed delivery fee may be charged.

Our delivery service covers a wide range of locations, with delivery slots that vary based on your area and the type of materials ordered. Delivery times may change due to factors like product availability and transport conditions. We will keep you updated on any major delays to your scheduled delivery.
